Vic Ramirez is the founder and CEO of Polaris Infrastructure. With deep roots in Bay Area infrastructure, he has spent his career building, planning, and managing projects for municipalities, corporate campuses, and community institutions across Silicon Valley and the Peninsula.
Vic also leads Earthtek Construction — the trusted construction partner that executes the work Polaris plans. That field-tested judgment is what allows Polaris to advise owners with the confidence of someone who has actually stood on the jobsite.
He launched Polaris Infrastructure to bring strategic counsel to owners, developers, and agencies — before the first shovel hits the ground.
